Therapy and counselling in South East London in person or on zoom. I offer Talk Therapy, Art Therapy, and Wellbeing support. I work in drama schools with actors in training and their teachers and am a tutor for Trauma Informed Schools UK. I teach at The Institute for the Arts in Therapy and Education and trained within the NHS to work with complex PTSD. I have an understanding of the ways we can process painful past experience, and even transform it to bring a powerful sense of purpose. 

I have an MA in Arts Psychotherapy (Distinction) and am a member of HCPC.
